Settings

The Settings page holds your account-wide preferences and shows the limits your account runs under. Each control saves on its own, so you can change one without touching the others.

Account name

A friendly name for your account. It appears in the console sidebar and on the incident notifications you send, so a webhook or on-call inbox shows who the alert is from. It defaults to your email address; edit it and press Save.

Timezone

Pick the timezone ZeroDrop should use to interpret and display times. This affects:

  • The start and end times you enter for maintenance windows.
  • Timestamps shown across the console.

Setting this to your own working timezone means the times you read and type are always the times you mean.

Notifications

Repeat reminders control whether ZeroDrop keeps nudging you while an incident stays open. They're off by default, so you get one alert when a check fires and one when it resolves. Choose a cadence (for example every 30 minutes) and the check's channels are re-notified on that schedule until the incident closes. See Incidents & alerts.

Theme

ZeroDrop ships with a dark theme by default and a light theme you can switch to. Your choice is remembered on this device.

Password

Change your account password here. See Account & security for details.

Account limits

Two limits are shown read-only, because ZeroDrop is free with no plans:

Limit What it means
Maximum checks How many checks your account may have at once.
Minimum interval The shortest probing interval you can set (60 seconds by default).

These aren't tied to a subscription. If you have a genuine need for more checks or a tighter interval, get in touch and either limit can be raised for your account.
